One invoice is €400 over its purchase order, so the agent stops, sends her the two documents side by side and waits. She taps approve; the rest of the run finishes on its own.
Tier-1 helpdesk agent
Daniel locks himself out at 22:15 the night before a client demo. He messages the helpdesk, the agent checks his identity against the directory, resets the password and confirms the VPN profile is still valid. Five minutes later a second ticket asks for admin rights on a production server. The agent recognises that as outside its runbook and hands it to the on-call engineer with the context already written up.
Account research and CRM hygiene
Before Maya's 10:00 call, the agent has read the prospect's last three emails, the meeting notes from spring and the open support tickets, and left a one-page briefing in her inbox. After the call she dictates four sentences. The agent updates the deal stage, logs the next step and books the follow-up, and none of those notes ever leave the company network.
