Hiring without the spreadsheet of doom
A fifty-person company runs sourcing, screening notes and onboarding checklists through two Agents connected to Greenhouse, LinkedIn and Slack.

Recruiting is a pipeline that leaks at every stage: candidates nobody followed up with, interview notes nobody wrote up, new hires who got a laptop but no accounts. Two Agents in one HR project plug the leaks.
Talent Scout
Reads open roles in Greenhouse, searches for matching profiles, and writes a short, specific note on each candidate it suggests. Outreach messages are drafted, never sent, and the recruiter decides the shortlist.
Screening notes that get written
After each interview the hiring manager drops rough notes into the Agent's chat. The Talent Scout turns them into a structured scorecard in Greenhouse and flags gaps against the role's criteria.
Onboarding Manager
On an accepted offer it creates the onboarding checklist, posts the welcome plan to a private Slack channel and reminds the owners of each task until it is done. Access changes to real systems are requests for a human, not actions.
Privacy
Candidate data is sensitive. The Agents run on a node reserved for this company alone, nothing is used to train models, and each Agent's connections can be removed from its settings in a click.
Takeaways
- Sourcing, scorecards and onboarding in one project.
- Candidate data stays single-tenant.
- Access and offers remain human decisions.
